    • What is alcoholic beverages? 
- An alcoholic beverage is simply any drinks that contains ethanol /ethyl/ alcohol.
- It is portable beverage which contains 0.55% to 96% of consumable alcohol.
- It can denoted as ABV(Alcohol by volume), V/V (volume by volume).
- Alcohol is a volatile mobile fluid obtained by fermenting a liquid containing sugar , the strength of which can be further increased by distillation.

• What we called the beverage contains less than 0.55% or more than 96% ABV?

- A non alcoholic beverages isn't actually the same as an alcohol free one.

As the name suggests non-alcoholic beverage are those containing no alcohol at all.

Beverage classified as alcohol free do contains a very small amount of alcohol but only at strength of 0.05% or less.

• What is ABV?

- ABV is an abbreviations for the term 'alcohol by volume' This is a reading that is used to help a person understand the alcohol or ethanol content in an alcoholic beverages.

- Alcohol by volume or ABV or volume by volume is a standard measures of how much alcohol is contained in an alcoholic beverage.

● What is fermentation process? 
  Fermentation is the conversion of sugar by the interaction of yeasts into alcohol with co2 gas and heat as by product 
   
       Sugar+ yeast= alcohol + co2 + heat

Distillation Process:- 
Distillation is the method of separating mixture based on difference in their volatility in a boiling liquid mixture. 

Distillation is a unit operations or a physical separation process and not a chemical reaction.

Distillation Process of Alcoholic beverages.
